Yoga for Pregnancy
Yoga is a hugely beneficial practice for pregnant women and their babies. Many midwives recommend yoga as low impact, safe method of keeping fit and mobile throughout pregnancy.
Small community classes provide a great opportunity to share your experience with other Mums in the area. Using breath, movement and relaxation, these classes aim to promote vitality and well-being. Helping to make your pregnancy as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Carly is Mum of 2 girls and practiced yoga through both her pregnancies. She uses her yoga, Pilates and anatomical knowledge, as well as her own experience to inform her pregnancy yoga classes. All welcome no previous experience of yoga required.
