A fluid dynamic form of yoga aimed to cleanse, tone and elongate your body.
This practice uses many traditional and non-traditional yoga poses woven together in a fluid format to challenge and stimulate the body’s systems. It is a heat creating practice, which cleanses, massages and invigorates the body, eliminating toxins and allowing you to operate with increased vigour and vitality.
Enjoyment is the key!! We move through sun salutations, standing poses…moving gradually to the floor postures and a concluding the class with a long relaxation. Creating a sense of strength, presence and equilibrium through the body and mind.
